I was really hoping to do a sweep today as I’ll be 39 weeks tomorrow. But when my doctor does a cervical exam she can’t seem to get high enough and I find it very painful to the point where we both feel uncomfortable continuing the exam. I feel like such a baby because I know labor and delivery is going to hurt way more but I can’t seem to make it through.

She mentioned today that my pelvic bone was putting pressure on her fingers and not allowing for a smooth entry but the week previous she didn’t have an issue. She said it may just be baby’s position today. But if it stays this way it would be unlikely to have a successful vbac. 😣
