late period

hi, I take my birth control consistently, on time every time. I make sure my fiancé pulls out before finishing as well, but my period is two days late and I’m a little panicked. I don’t have a positive pregnancy test and have shown no symptoms of pregnancy at all, but I’ve had a rather stressful month and I’m wondering if that’s the case? Can someone alleviate some anxiety for me😭
