Postpartum Freezer Meal Prep
So I just wanted to share my freezer meal prep that I did in my last pregnancy to make adjusting to life with baby much easier. By making everything below I was able to have 42 lactation smoothies, 46 breakfasts, & 37 dinners already made and in the freezer so we didn’t have to worry about making food while recovering. I hope this helps some of y’all!! Everything in here lasts about 3 months in the freezer so if you decide to make these I would suggest waiting until the very end of the pregnancy and having lots of help (my mom, mother in law, and sister in law came over to help me)
CARROT CAKE BOOBIE SMOOTHIE (x6)
1/4 c oats
1 tbsp brewers yeast
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp moringa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
2.5 c carrot purée
1 c pineapple
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut oil
1.5 c vanilla coconut or oat milk
Maple syrup to taste
Protein powder
Collagen powder
add everything except the milk into a ziploc, label and freeze
To use Add contents of ziplock and milk into blender
OATMEAL BANANA BOOBIE SMOOTHIE (x6)
1.5 c vanilla coconut or oat milk
1 banana
1/4 c oatmeal
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp moringa powder
1 tbsp brewers yeast
1 tbsp chia seeds
Protein powder
Collagen powder
1.5 tbsp local honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
add everything except the milk into a ziploc, label and freeze
To use Add contents of ziplock and milk into blender
APPLE PIE BOOBIE SMOOTHIE (x6)
1 Apple
1 banana
1/4 c oats

PAPAYA BOOBIE SMOOTHIE (x6)
1/4 c flaxseed
1/4 c oats
1 tbsp moringa powder
1 tbsp brewers yeast
1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 c papaya
1.5 c vanilla coconut or oat milk

PUMPKIN PIE BOOBIE SMOOTHIE (x6)
1.5 c vanilla coconut or oat milk
1 tbsp pumpkin purée
1 carrot
1/2 c mango
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of ginger
1/4 c oats
2 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp moringa powder
1 tbsp brewers yeast
1 tbsp chia seeds
Protein powder
Collagen powder
1.5 tbsp local honey
1 tbsp coconut oil

MINTY GREEN BOOBIE SMOOTHIE (x6)
1 tbsp nut butter
1/4 c oats
2 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp moringa powder
1 tbsp brewers yeast
1 tbsp chia seeds

1.5 tbsp local honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 avocado
2 c spinach
2 mint leaves
1 banana
1.5 c vanilla coconut or oat milk
add everything except the milk into a ziploc, label and freeze
To use Add contents of ziplock and milk into blender
EDIBLE BOOBIE FOOD COOKIE DOUGH (x4)
1.5 cans chickpeas
1/2 c oat flour
3 tbsp flaxseed
2 tbsp wheat germ
1/4 c coconut oil
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c nut butter
1/4 c dark chocolate chips
add chickpeas to the food processor and blend until it’s a smooth paste
Blend in remaining ingredients except the chocolate chips
If it’s too firm add a bit of milk to loosen it up
Refrigerate for 2 hours
Roll into balls and freeze
BREAKFAST CASSEROLE: (x 3)
20oz shredded potatoes
1 c chopped mushrooms
1 c chopped mushrooms
1 c chopped bell peppers
1 c chopped tomatoes
1 c chopped spinach
1 c chopped bacon
1 c chopped ham
1 tsp minced garlic
2 c shredded cheese
8 eggs
Preheat oven to 425
Beat eggs in a bowl
Mix in remaining ingredients
Pour mixture into a 9x13 greased aluminum baking tray and bake for 30- 40 minutes
Let cool then cover with cling wrap and aluminum foil
Label the dish with the name and reheating instructions (let defrost overnight & bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes)
