I wasn't sick with either of my first two pregnancies. My 1st was a boy 2nd a girl.
My 3rd pregnancy was boy/girl twins and I was so sick in the beginning.

I only had one baby - a little girl. I very sick throughout all the first trimester, and some of the second as well while pregnant with her. 
If future baby #2 is a baby boy, I'll update this comparing the two pregnancies - just hope it will be easier than with my daughter 😅

I miscarried with my boy, then got pregnant with my girl immediately after. Same symptoms in the first trimester, to the point where I was convinced that it was the same baby

I've gotten more sick each pregnancy. So technically I was most sick with a boy, because it was boy, girl, boy. But it has nothing to do with gender, just each pregnancy has been harder
