UTI symptoms during pregnancy

21 weeks pregnant. I am pretty sure I have a UTI and have an appointment with my OB in the morning. I've been feeling very lethargic last night and today along with nausea, headache, cramps (some that came eith lower back pain at one point,) and generally just unwell. Are these symptoms that others have felt with a UTI? I've never felt this crappy from a UTI before (and never had one I knew about while pregnant,) and it could definitely just be a combination of the UTI and overdoing it lately, but I am admittedly just a little alarmed about how bad I feel.
