Hi all. So I’ve been on the pill (consistently) for 3-4 years now. Of course, I’ve switched brands over time but I’ve never missed a pill. I used to skip the sugar pills and went around 1-2 years without a period. The most that’s happened is that I’ve been late by 30 minutes. Recently, I’ve switched back to an old brand and higher dosage that I was comfortable with. I’m a week into my second pack & I’ve taken the sugar pills for the first time and had a normal

cycle. 3 days ago, me and my fiancé got drunk and he ejaculated inside of me. A day or two later, I started a period (Red and dark brown, medium discharge). Mind you, I JUST had my period two weeks ago when I was taking my sugar pills. I’ve read that the progesterone hormone in the sperm could be the reason I’m cramping and bleeding but I can’t help but to panic.

Has anyone else ever experienced this, and what does it mean?
