What medications to take for headaches and migraines ?

I am 16 weeks pregnant and i need something for my bad headaches and migraines instead of Tylenol is there something else??!!! I can take…. I need help

I tried the tylenol thing. Didnt work. I suffer from migraines from a brain tumor i had removed. So i was on injections but those arent safe while pregnant. My OB prescribed me 500 mg of magnesium. It has helped tremendously.

Get a massage? A little bit of caffeine sometimes helps too. Try to reduce screen time.

I would get them when I was pregnant and i would take Tylenol, ice pack on the neck and forehead, dark room and a fan or AC

Unfortunately no, not unless advised by dr. I found dark room with a heat pack to back of my neck is the best remedy. Also lavender oil on temples. And a small can of coke for the caffeine.
Sorry, I know how painful this can be.
