I barely started getting gray hairs and it's taking forever to get new ones 😭 I've always wanted great hairs, like others wanted ponies for their birthdays, I'd ask for great hairs 😂. My brother got them in his mid 20s and has his GF pluck them out, my older sister has a few and she plucks them (late 30s), both my parents dye theirs (late 50s), and I wear them proudly and even named every stand. It's your body so do what makes you most comfortable. People get grays because of genetics, vitamin B12 deficiency, or it can be problems with your thyroid or pituitary glands which the last 3 can be reversed.

Same boat. Found my first a couple of weeks ago and had to accept it. Both my mom and grandmother had grey hair at a young age.

Gray hair is completely normal. It comes down to genetics, aging, and natural hair color. I found my first gray hair at 19 years old. I have naturally dark hair and I’m now 28. I am constantly finding gray/white hairs at my roots.

I started getting white hairs when I was 13, I pulled them out, and I still do and I color my hair with highlights to cover them, and 43. I look like I’m half my age, but you do what you Gotta do. It happens at different ages for different people. I have a friend and she’s a lesbian, her fiancé and her went to the casino, she decided to embrace the grays and leave them as is, her partner, doesn’t, and gets caught it, the gray hairs show your age obviously. For me personally I don’t embrace the grays, but some people do, my mother is 75 she colors her hair, she still looks like she’s in her 40s and 50s, and men hit on her all the time. They don’t get a chance but still. Genetics big time. On top of that is how you live your life, everything in age your skin, the sun, smoking, drinking, drugs, stressful lifestyle, children, I look at my friends who are married with kids, they look 10 years if not more older than me, I have no kids, I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, and stay out of the sun etc. Try and keep my stress levels as low as I can, etc.￼
