Extreme back pain?

I’ve had extreme sharp back pain now for over 3 hours. It’s in my lower back and is going into my hips and legs. I also have sharp pain in my belly and a HUGE increase in lightning crotch. I have no change in discharge, no mucus plug loss, no water breaking, and I don’t think I’m having contractions. I took a hot bath and got some relief but it started back when I got out. Should I keep trying to soothe it myself? Sleep it off? Go to L&D? Take pain killers? I’m clueless and my OB office said a nurse would call me and I never received a call.
