Fertility after gallbladder removal ?

Has anyone Here have had years of infertility conceived after getting a Cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal)?

7 years TTC here - just got my gallbladder surgically removed due to gallstones - came across a FB page where some have miraculously conceived shortly after getting theirs removed after years TTC (just a few posts not too many )

There’s an argument that in theory the gallbladder doesn’t have anything to do with the reproductive system but there’s an argument it does because it correlates to the liver and hormones etc etc

Just wanted to see if there were any more stories like that out there to give me hope 🙏🏼
