Advice pls!
So I've been taking the pill for about 5 years now and I have no problem with it at all. It's helped me a LOT. My issue is that with a full time job and lots of stress and dealing with a small depression, it's been difficult for me to take the pill at the time I'm used to and sometimes I tend to forget to take it for like 2 days. The alarms are just not doing it for me anymore.
Anybody got tips on how to take them on time everyday? I really want to get back on track but it's been difficult.
