16 weeks and when I went to the toilet this morning I had very light yellow CM when I wiped. Made a Dr appointment because knowing me I would be freaking out if I didn’t. Urine dipstick was fine.

Later in the day just before going on a walk, I felt a bit of CM come out. I haven’t had any CM for a while. On the walk I started to get sharp pain around the front of my hips. Then around them. Continued walking. Kept getting pain around the hips and … probably about a middle finger length up from my belly button, pain as well. 50ish min walk. Still a bit sore.

Any ideas?
