I had emergency surgery on Oct 28th of last year ( 2020 ) where they removed my Left tube and ovary. I've been really nervous to start trying to conceive again due to me thinking it's just going to happen again. This month I can say I'm feeling giving it a try. Im 9 days away from my period starting and this part week I've been feeling very nauseous and smell kind of got a little more sensitive. Not sure if it's really " Early pregnancy " symptoms or not. I took a early pregnancy just incase I may have ovulated earlier than expected and because of how I've been feeling. Tonight I've been having a lot of cramping like pains even more so on the side I got my tube removed from. Has anyone had any pains like this when they had or notice ( implantation cramping ) when you conceived ?

How long did it take for you to conceive and what was some of the different things you noticed when conceiving?
