Deli meats?

I know they tell you to sty away from sandwich meats like ham or turkey but that is all i wnt right now and ive been eating sandwiches alot. Is this going to harm my baby ? Im going to stop eating this but if i ate it already what is going to happen i am 9 weeks pregnant

I've always eaten cold deli meats all 3 of my pregnancies.

Nothing. The risk of listeria is very low, the issue is that if you get listeria while pregnant it can be very bad. That said, I can’t tell you the last time I heard of a listeria outbreak linked to deli meats.

Nothing. As long as you’re getting it from a reputable place. The chances of listeria are so rare. To be honest more listeria outbreaks have come from ice cream and romaine lettuce in recent years than any deli meats

I ate it my whole pregnancy just make sure you get it from clean places
