My 6 month old son has a mouth ulcer, I’ll include a picture. I noticed it two days ago contacted doctor and said it can happen and no treatments at this time. He’s been fine up until tonight. He’s also go two teeth coming in, and I’m pretty sure a growth spurt. He won’t sleep at all and is extremely fussy and just in pain. I’ve been giving Tylenol but what else can I do to help my poor babe? His nose is also runny as you can tell in the picture. Doctor mentioned the mouth ulcer could’ve been from a virus. Any advice ? I’m thinking about taking him to get seen if he doesn’t start to feel better/develops fever.
