Hi ladies, please help me!

I have a 6 month old boy and he's been peeing through his night diapers for the past 2 weeks (yes, his penis is pointing down, thank you).

I use covers with inserts and so far have tried :

1 cotton prefold with one hemp insert

1 cotton prefold with 2 hemp inserts

1 cotton prefold, 2 Zorb, 1 Hemp

2 Zorb, 2 Hemp

4 Zorb, 1 cotton

4 zorb 1 hemp

I've tried those with a PUL cover and a wool cover. Wet pajamas and sleep sack every time. Inserts come out dripping wet. The hemp inserts I use are fairly big and the manufacturer says they should hold about 400 mls each.

I'm at my wits end and the only thing I can think of before I go to the store and buy pampers again is to roll his naked bum in a beach sized towel over night.

Any Ideas?
