HAS ANYONE TRIED OKRA WATER FOR PUSHING???

i came across a video of a lady saying she started dreinming okra water at 36weeks pregnant and she pushed twice in 3 mins and so many ppl telling their stories ab how okra water helped them push the baby out faster and easier 
has anyone tried it or knows someone who has?? 
is it safe??? 
does ur actually help???

I’m currently 28 weeks and im about to start drinking it tomorrow morning. I’m curious if it will help with not tearing. I’m having my first baby and from what I understand you’re more prone the first time. You don’t have to wait to end of pregnancy, it helps aid in labor not induce it. Okra is good for more than just making it “lubed”. It is a great source of folate, calcium, manganese, and fiber. Plenty more nutrients in it but those are what I’m hoping to get the most use of.

I think it's the fact that okra water is like lube in consistency or like ewcm. It's the first I've heard of that, not sure if its "safe" or how effective it really is in aiding with a vaginal birth.
