Hows does moms who exclusively pump and feed do when they are outside?

Question

I would like to bottle feed when i'm outside to make things easier, i live in a very hot city and i dont like to feed baby when i'm all sweaty, but as far as i know breast milk can be outside for about 4 hours. 
Is there any way to make it last longer? Or do you breastfeed when you are outside? Or do you pump while you are outside to have more milk to feed?
I was thinking about maybe a cooler but then... how do you warm the milk?

Honestly, if I’m out and about, still keep the milk in a cooler but stop somewhere such as a gas station or similar and ask them for some hot water. Most time the places don’t charge you. I just tell then I need it to heat up some milk and they kindly oblige. If they have a coffee pot or a microwave, either way works. Sometimes, I would even carry a mug from my house with me because most places have a microwave to warm up some water especially if you tell them what you need it for. I’ve done this so many times, road trip, out and about, grocery shopping, doesn’t matter. I was an exclusive pumper with my littles.

Milk cooler makes it last longer if you pump it while youre out and about. Some babies will take it cold so you dont necessarily have to heat it. If i was going to be near the car i heated it with my bottle warmer that plugs into the car and wraps around the bottle

If you have chilled milk in a cooler you can bring a thermos of boiled water to warm it in later. I did that a few times but it was such a faff I just breastfeed when we’re out now. Because the thing is too, if you feed baby a bottle you really should also pump around the same time to keep up your supply, and unless you have a wearable pump like the Willow or Elvie, it’s kind of a pain to cart the pump around and then store that milk etc etc. Like missing a pumping session here and there won’t hurt, but on the regular it can.

My baby bag came with an insulation pocket. I would also carry milk in a flask-thing with ice in it to keep it cold. Then heat it when I get to wherever.
