Are you wanting to know about in the future (the next cycle), or in the past (this cycle)?

Answer

It means you probably ovulated a couple days late this past cycle which pushed your period back a couple days. Your next cycle could go back to normal, could be shorter, could be longer, you can't tell. Using OPKs can help you estimate ovulation though if you are worried about missing it next cycle.
