Cramps at 22 weeks pregnant

Has anyone else experienced waves of pain at 22 weeks pregnant, it feels like bad period pains in my lower stomach, I’ve had to come home from work cause it’s making me curl over in pain. It’s also causing me to have diarrhea (sorry tmi). Is it just growing pains? I have felt movement today which is good.
