EWCM after ovulation?? Ovulating now instead??

Question

I have PCOS but I was pretty sure I ovulated already (6/7 dpo) now I'm getting some light cramping, little pinches around my ovaries, and stretchy/sticky clearish cm. Anyone else had that?? Does that mean I didn't ovulate yet?? This timing doesn't seem to make sense but I don't get what's going on??

You can get ewcm at other points in your cycle - including post ovulation. So it does not mean that you are ovulating again. Just due to rising estrogen. Normal.

I had the same thing this cycle and i have PCOS as well. So i have no idea when i might have ovulated
