Breastfeeding hungover?

I’m not usually a big drinker, but last night we went to a friend’s wedding and drank quite a bit. I obviously didn’t breastfeed my baby while I was drunk, she was being watched by my in-laws and was drinking pumped milk. However, I’ve been feeding her today while battling a pretty harsh hangover and she’s just had a kind of lime green colored poop diaper. I’m wondering if it could be because I’m hungover? Her other poops over the course of the day have been normal.

She also has rosy cheeks but I think she might be teething? She’s 4 months old and not on solids yet

I have a call into our pediatrician, but I’m waiting to hear back and thought you ladies might have some insight?
