Hey you guys I’m so upset right now I’ve been using this app for 7 years up until 4 days ago somehow I got signed out from the app I tried to sign back in its been saying cannot connect to server I’ve deleted the app downloaded it numerous times turned my phone on and off nothing helped I even tried to do the same on my iPad It left me no option but to create another one using my husbands email and my maiden last name it’s crazy I don’t know what to To I’ve tried contacting glow through email I haven’t heard anything back from them I’ve lost everything I’ve ever logged even my last menstrual cycle I can’t even remember what day I came on last month I usually just update it through glow and log everything instead of just trying to remember it in my head cause it’s already stressful trying to conceive and track ovulation and keep getting negatives at the end of the month
