I got my peak on OPKs on CD 22 but does

my BBT show ovulation at all?

No ovulation yet. Once positive ovulation is in 12-48 hours. Your looking for 3-6 higher temps then the previous to confirm ovulation

I believe when you get a dip and it rises again in temp that’s when you ovulated. I would say the 16th?
