So my boyfriend and I were both at separate birthday parties last night but wanted to meet up at the end together. He met briefly with my friends and took me with his friends and by now I was already pretty drunk. Well when I went there their birthday was super drunk and my bf got everyone I guess final shots. She began throwing up and like everyone of course went to help cause they were her friends including my bf but he completely left me just sitting by myself.

And idk how I feel knowing he would just leave me unattended when I was out of it in a place where someone could have easily taken me tbh. I drank more than I have before thinking I would be safe with him. It’s good to know he helped the girl out but she already had 6 people on her and idk it just feels bad knowing I was just there on my own. After they got a ride he came to me and again out of it so I just leaned on him the rest of the time. But just wondering if it’s normal for this to happen? I wish I had stayed with my friend group cause we had partners that made sure we didn’t leave each other’s side and made sure to check in.

Edit: it was at a club it’s not like an actual party lol also I’ll continue drinking just with people who make me feel safe :)
