Can progesterone cause a chemical miscarriage? Got positives at 10-12dpo and then negative. AF is late at 17 dpo no cramping but pink cm when I wiped this morning, should I have started taking progesterone when I got the positives? I have a bottle of them from my last pregnancy that ended due to ectopic location, I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong :(

Also when can I expect AF to come? I’m so ready to just bleed and know this cycle is over. The more AF is late the more I hope a positive pops up 😞 I’m ready to just know it’s over.
