Honestly some women clot a lot and others don’t clot at all, some have heavy periods, some have lite periods, some bleed for 7 days, some bleed for 3. What’s normal for one may not be normal for another. I pass clots like this almost every period.

Some more info ~ I'm not currently sexually active, I've never given birth. 29 yo, healthy female otherwise. I don't suffer cramps often but when I do, they're debilitating..but I do have terrible lower back pain during my cycle. I am not on any regular medication.
