This might be a stupid question but

Before bd I give my boyfriend bj (blow job) and I’ve heard saliva can stop the sperm swimming is that true? Am I out this month because of it? We don’t actually use saliva instead of lube but when I give him a bj, I get wet so we don’t need to end up using lube
