Odd spotting?

So I’ve always had an irregular cycle, but after having my son last year I’ve had normal cycles for the past like five months. The app predicted everything pretty spot on. Well, this month I did ovulation tests and just as the line started getting darker I ran out. So I just assumed I was about to ovulate. I took like one pregnancy test a week from about 8 dpo on, all negative. Fast forward to the week my period is suppose to start, and I have nothing but a TON of egg white cm/discharge. So I’m thinking, we’ll maybe I’m ovulating late? Well another week goes by, no period, and again negative tests. I’m currently 18 days late according to the app and just last night I had the smallest amount of dark brown spotting. This morning I had the smallest amount of a “peach” color spotting. Still no actual flow?? Anytime I spot before period it’s pink and the flow starts the same day, and I have no period symptoms. Gonna hold out to test to see if AF comes but so hoping it doesn’t! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Anything similar happen to anyone else before their BFP???
