Would you let your 5 year old daughter change your friends 1 year old sons diaper?

Or vise versa?

I’m not saying it’s wrong. I’m just generally curious of thoughts on this.

Added: my sister let my niece change her friends kids diaper. They had stayed the night at her house.

Also side note, my sister is sadly not a very involved parent. She doesn’t spend much time with my niece. My niece is getting raised by her IPad because my sister works from home and doesn’t like to be bothered. She also lets her do whatever she wants as long as she’s not bothered while working.
