Weird period 😳

I am in search of some advise!

I have Paragard for about 2 years now and it hasn’t caused much of a difference in my period. I’ve always had pretty painful periods as is. I am almost 30 now and got my first period at 11 years old. I have also had a few ovarian cysts over the years. I’ve never missed a period or had weird things until this cycle.

This time I had brown blood and very small amount especially compared to my usual period. Almost like spotting but it got heavier at times. Then some actual red blood for 2 days but then back to brown spotting for a few days and then the cramps came back terribly! Now I continue to have light pink spotting and some minor cramping.

SEND HELP!! - if you have any advice other than to call my doctor please let me know!!
