Hey, I came off birth control last October ttc. Got my first period in June, the next one 58 days later in august, the next one in September after 31 days. It’s now day 34 of my cycle and no period. On day 31 I had cramping and lower back ache, the symptoms lasted a day or two but no period. I took a text on day 33 but came back negative. I have been so bloated and exhausted the last week. Any suggestions on what I should do next? Take another test in a few days or just put it down to irregular cycle 🥺
