I need help. I gave birth 6 weeks ago and my child’s Medicaid card came in and they put his middle name as L instead of his actual middle name that starts with M. That little mistake makes his card unusable and I’ve called the support line numerous times and get nowhere because it’s a robot. The hospital where I gave birth at is the one who set up his insurance but they did it right on their end, birth certificate and SS card are all correct but his Medicaid. I don’t know what else to do because every number I’ve called is just a stupid robot and I can’t get them to transfer me to a actual person. I even called my local child service office and they told me to call the same number I’ve been calling. I’m in Georgia btw.
