2dpo???? allegedly 😳 ? ugh birth control kicked my ass

i stopped taking my birth control last month and am ttc is it possible i could’ve ovulated shortly after stopping it? i was only on the pill (sprintec; the combination pill) for about 3-4 months to regulate my period from a miscarriage in december. i’ve had sore nipples since the 11th/12th to this day (i’ve had sore nipples before during cycles but never THIS long) and i had some cramping for about 3 days on one side as well but they went away. i am taking my multivitamins and drinking lots of water. i cut down on a lot of refined carbs and sugars. do you think i may have ovulated way earlier than i believed? glow says i ovulated 2 days ago. of course we bd! but still... havent been able to use opks so it feels like a waiting game 😫 has anybody else been through this? or is anyone currently in the same boat? lmk ladies! <3
