Vitex on drug screen

I’m going out on externship in healthcare facility next month. I’m going to be doing my drug screen soon and am taking 400mg of Vitex daily. Anyone ever had this show up or interfere in a drug test before?? I’m sure they’ll ask about medications beforehand….
