Gogo Squeez apple sauce Listeria?

I was eating my apple sauce when i noticed something kind of hard and i spit it out and it was dark brown like it could of been a piece of a steam or something. i think i eat some of it, could i get listeria from this?

It was probably just a bit of old apple that turned brown. Nothing to worry about

It usually has that, just from it drying up near the tip. Apple sauce is pasteurized, it is safe
