I have been trying for a baby for a year now; and this is the first time I get a positive pregnancy test. I did the blood test and it showed that am 4 week pregnant. My period has not show up.

This morning I woke up with light blood and light cramps.

Is this my period? Am I having a miscarriage? I have tried to go to the hospital but no clinic in Leeds would receive me before 10 week of pregnancy.

Am so worried and I cannot stop crying and feeling guilty for things am not sure they could be the reason; sleeping on my side for example.
