Whyyyy are my boobs suddenly hurting so bad?!

I’m 10 weeks pregnant. Had a few days in the beginning that my boobs were sore but not to this extent. Yesterday it started really intensely. I want to rip them off. 😅
Anyone else have this symptom show up late?!
Even having just a shirt on hurts!

Omg my nipples get hard and stay hard, it hurts so much 😭😭 my shower head is powerful and I have to hold my nipples being in the shower !! To shield them 😩

I'm struggling with one giant painful boob. The other one is unchanged so far. Dr answers me with "well sometimes that happens", smh.

I had the same problem around 11 weeks to 17 weeks. After I turn 17 weeks the pain went away.
