I'm protective of my phone but I wouldn't chase my husband down for it. Mostly because I can't even take a few steps without feeling like I'm going to faint 😂. But seriously though, some people are defensive of their phones WITHOUT it being sinister in nature. It's an extension of many people and the only oasis of privacy and control they have in life. Unless there are other signs that they're doing something that goes against what is expected from them then, it's not really enough on its own to lose trust in them.

I’m protective of my phone and my partner never tries to go through my phone even when they have my password. Being in a relationship or marriage doesn’t mean that you’re not entitled to some privacy. Why are you taking his phone to begin with?
