Heavy implantation bleeding or period? Could i be pregnant?

Has anyone ever had heavy implantation bleeding thinking it was a period and turned out to be pregnant? I have what I think is a period but my boobs are still sore, I’ve been feeling really nauseous and vomiting yesterday and today and have had backache and headaches lately. What could it be?!

That’s your period. There is no such thing as “heavy implantation bleeding”. There isn’t much evidence that even shows the process can cause any physical our outward symptoms due to it’s microscopic nature. If you are pregnant and are bleeding heavily, this is an indication that something is wrong, and it would need to be addressed by your doctor. If you think you are pregnant and you’re bleeding, you need to take a pregnancy test ASAP. If it’s positive, get in with your doctor promptly.

M having that kind of bleeding now, not heavy medium flow, without clots, accompanied with backache and lower abdomen pulling.. hope it's implantation bleed and not period bleed.. Baby dust for both of us ..

Yes love I  did 2 yes ago when I was pregnant with my daughter I had bleeding but no clots it lasted for 3 days

Implantation bleeding is light. Pink/brown spotting, normally not even enough to get on a pad.
