I've been taking birth control for 6-7 years now, I take pills. I started birth control because of how irregular my period is, I would go months without having a period and when I did have on it was hellish.

Last month I decided to stop my birth control. I live with my boyfriend though since I've stopped my birth control I've barely had a period, just some light spotting. I'm getting a bit worried about it, though I believe it's just my body going back to how it was before birth control. I just wanted opinions and some insight.
