I thought I did everything right this month. I tracked bbt, took OPK’s BD in the wee hours of the morning when hubby got off work right when peak happened. Does anyone have any suggestions for this month?

I had an internal ultrasound done yesterday because my doctor knows I’m quite anxious and wanted to ease my mind. I’ll get those results next week 🤞🏻 I totally get it’s a low chance per month and this is month 3 after getting off birth control but my family is quite fertile (they make it a point to tell me how they got pregnant the first month) so I’m just not sure if I’m missing anything. God this is hard.
