Where is my period?

Question

I am currently 22 days late, normally if I'm late it's by 7 days and that's it. I've taken too many pregnancy test to count and they're all negative. I've been having some light cramps sometimes but nothing too serious. I'm not sure what to do, I don't have insurance so it makes it a lot harder to go to the doctor. I just wish my period would start but it isn't.
Has anything like this happened to anyone else?

Sometimes cycles get thrown off just by stress alone! I would give it another couple weeks and If it's still a no show maybe call and see if you can just get a consult over the phone with a Dr :)

There are a lot of reasons that you could miss a period besides pregnancy. Personally, I would go to the doctor, but I understand that being uninsured makes that much more difficult. 
I've missed periods because of malnutrition and/or over exercising (back in college, I exercised like crazy and didn't eat enough). It threw my hormones out of whack such that I would get a period every 2 months for a while, and then get it every 15-20 days to make up for the missed periods (yes, it was super annoying!). Hopefully you're just late for a simple reason like this, but it could be something more severe too. I hope everything's okay!
