Why am I having symptoms?

I’m so lost, I’ve been having issues with my vagina for a few months and I can’t figure out what’s wrong, my sex drive has dropped, I have dryness and discomfort during sex, fishy odor, heavy bladder feeling, but idk what’s wrong, I got tested for STIs, BV, Trich, and yeast, yeast was the only thing that came back positive but the symptoms haven’t gone away since I took my pill to treat it, I don’t know what to do anymore because I’ve gone down the list of everything it could be yet I still have issues.
