Like anyone own a house with a creepy, worse than a dungeon, unfinished basement? Is it worth keeping a house with that? Water heater and furnace is down there. We rent this house from someone we know personally and things need updated and fixed but I don’t want to put the money into something that’s not ours forever. We thought of asking to rent to own or buy but not sure if it’s worth it because of the basement.

By the way this basement is not like most basements now days it’s a really creepy basement literally looks like a dirt hole honestly! Don’t even have actual walls. Along with a covered well. That’s why I’m trying to see if it’s worth it! We don’t keep anything down there because how it is.
