Hey Ladies, I just recently miscarried and I am pregnant with my rainbow baby and now on edge about everything. Down to sleeping positions. I am 5 weeks and 2 days. Is it ok for me to sleep on my back and stomach? This will be my first born child. Please help I’m driving my husband crazy 😩
