5 weeks, waiting to go to doctor just need general advice

Can i do pole fitness while im pregnant? I plan on making sure i jump carfully wont be doing if in heels anymore and Im still a beginner so not trying any crazy stunts. Just wanting to work on my side grab (as i land on my feet when i fall but the impact and jiggling cant hurt baby right?) and i can hop up and wrap my legs around it just fine.

So if i fall on my butt or were to jump a few times would it be okay? Im slightly higher risk but wont know for sure til i see a doctor so just asking for general opinions as I dont wanna gain a ton.

Basically worst worst case scenario I could see is falling breaking an ankle and falling on my side when i do (i learned i have a very fast reaction when im making sure kids are safe when i fall and obviously i would snap my bone before ever falling on my stomach thats not an exaggeration quick story- )
