SneakPeek testing early

So I accidentally took a SneakPeek test early, I went to the doctor today and found out I am just now 7 weeks along, but when.l I took it I would’ve been 5 weeks 6 days, how accurate are the results? It said it was a baby girl and I’m dying for a girl !!😩
