Tech here. No evidence of pregnancy in this image. Your endometrium isn’t particularly thick, either. It’s likely that your hormones are just off, especially if you’re having hcg levels within normal, non pregnant range.
Did the doc just repeat the hcg or do other tests after you mentioned your breast tenderness? That can be a sign of other things, so it wouldn’t surprise me if she added some more labs after that. Again, definitely nothing here to indicate a pregnancy.
