UTI? Miscarriage?

i’m 8 weeks and 1 day. around 5 weeks, i thoight i had a uti but all symptoms went away after a like 20 minutes, so i didn’t do anything about it. Just today, in my pee there was one tiny drop of blood, nothing when i wiped just a little less teaspoon amount of blood. I’m so worried now. what is this?? I haven’t been seen by my obgyn since i’m just 8 weeks, i have an appointment next week but i’m just so worried i have a kidney infection and i will lose this baby.
